living strong and healthy

Maintaining a strong and healthy lifestyle is  still a day dream as far as we all are concerned.
In order to maintain a strong and healthy lifestyle we should be very much curious about our appetite and daily routine.Here are some tips for living strong
1):Breathe fresh air when you wake up
2):Drink green tea in empty stomach
3):reduce intake of carbohydrates and fat
4):eat dark chocalate
5):workout half an hour a day is the best remedy for all diseases
6):try to stick to positive talk,and positive advices (have a company ,peer groups and group of people surrounding you talk only positive try to avoid negative talking surrounding you)
